COUNSELLING SERVICES

Are you looking for a dietitian with extensive clinical experience in women’s health and a deep understanding of the complexities of fertility, endometriosis, PCOS, perimenopause, and digestive health?

With over 20 years of experience in nutrition, I have conducted thousands of consultations with individuals facing a wide range of health concerns, symptoms, and goals.

Today, a significant portion of my practice is dedicated to women’s health. This experience allows me to provide personalized recommendations that take into account the latest scientific evidence, your symptoms, lifestyle habits, and medical history.

A Personalized Approach Tailored to Your Needs

Every person comes with their own story, symptoms, lifestyle habits, and health goals.

The initial consultation includes a comprehensive nutrition assessment designed to better understand your overall situation. We will explore your dietary habits, symptoms, lifestyle factors, laboratory results, and other elements that may influence your health and well-being.

Based on this assessment, we will work together to develop a personalized action plan tailored to your needs and circumstances. Depending on your situation, this may include dietary recommendations, an evaluation of nutritional intake, strategies to support specific health goals, and practical tools to help implement sustainable changes in everyday life.

Follow-up appointments provide an opportunity to monitor progress, adjust recommendations as needed, and support you throughout the process.

If you are looking for an alternative to one-on-one consultations, I also offer self-paced nutrition programs in french currently focused on PCOS and endometriosis. These programs provide evidence-informed nutrition and lifestyle strategies in a flexible format that allows you to learn at your own pace.

Throughout your journey, you can expect ongoing support, attentive listening, and a compassionate approach every step of the way.

How does nutrition care work?

Every journey begins with a nutrition assessment — an essential first appointment to better understand your reality.
This meeting helps create a complete picture of your health and habits, allowing for personalized recommendations that reflect your needs.

1. The nutrition assessment (first appointment)

During this session, we take the time to review several key elements:

Medical history and current symptoms
Health conditions, history, symptom patterns, and hormonal or digestive concerns when relevant.

Medications and supplements

Eating habits and lifestyle
Meal structure, hunger/fullness cues, preferences, constraints, intolerances, sleep, stress, and physical activity.

Individual goals and needs
What you hope to improve or understand, and what feels realistic for you at this moment.

From this assessment, a clear picture emerges. It becomes possible to identify concrete nutrition goals tailored to your situation and to build a plan that feels aligned with your daily life.

2. Follow-ups: ongoing and adaptive support

It isn’t possible to determine in advance how many follow-up sessions will be needed, as each person progresses differently.
Sometimes, one follow-up is enough to adjust a few elements or answer specific questions.
When several eating habits need to evolve, or when symptoms are more complex, it’s completely normal for multiple sessions to be helpful in supporting sustainable change.
The frequency of follow-ups is therefore based on your needs and how your situation evolves over time.

Follow-up sessions may include, among other topics:

  • Building or adjusting a balanced plate
  • Reviewing a food journal (reflections, structure, patterns)
  • Learning to read nutrition labels and make informed grocery choices
  • Gentle nutrition and intuitive eating approaches
  • Dietary strategies to:
    • support digestive symptoms
    • smooth out energy fluctuations
    • address nutrient deficiencies or insufficiencies
  • Meal ideas, planning, and daily structure
  • Adjustments for specific conditions (endometriosis, PCOS, fertility, pregnancy/postpartum, perimenopause)

The goal: to support you in making realistic, sustainable changes grounded in evidence and adapted to your context.

Personalized Meal Plan (optional)

For those who wish, a personalized meal plan can also be added to the nutrition support.

This plan includes 24 recipes: 6 breakfasts, 6 lunches, 6 dinners, and 6 snacks, developed based on your food preferences, daily routine, and individual needs.

It is somewhat the equivalent of a recipe eBook, but fully personalized: the recipes can be adapted to different contexts, such as PCOS, pregnancy, menopause, or a weight management goal, always within a realistic, flexible, and sustainable approach.

Women′s health

PCOS, endometriosis, ovulatory disorders, pregnancy, premenstrual syndrome (PMS), perimenopause or menopause…
Every stage of a woman’s life comes with physical changes and hormonal fluctuations that influence her nutritional needs. These needs vary depending on age, health context, and individual goals.

Because every woman is unique, the nutrition approach I offer is fully personalized — designed to meet your specific needs and support you with care, clarity, and intention.

FERTILITY

Are you facing challenges conceiving?
Whether you’re dealing with ovulation issues, have received a diagnosis of infertility, are undergoing assisted reproductive treatments, or are considering egg freezing to preserve your fertility, nutrition can also play a supportive role.

Research shows that a well-adapted diet and certain lifestyle habits can support reproductive function, enhance conception chances, and contribute to a healthy pregnancy. Whether you’re on this path alone or as a couple, I offer personalized guidance that complements your medical care.

My goal: to help you create a nutrition environment that supports your fertility, one that respects your reality, your pace, and your needs.

Gut Health

If you are experiencing issues such as bloating, flatulence, gas, or gastric pain, or if you have been diagnosed with irritable bowel syndrome, know that tailored dietary strategies can play a key role in improving digestive function and reducing discomfort.

Having completed the FODMAP diet training at Monash University and worked with numerous clients facing this condition, I have the necessary knowledge to develop dietary strategies tailored to your symptoms.
