On estime qu\u2019elle pourrait toucher pr\u00e8s de 20 % des patientes en gyn\u00e9cologie et qu\u2019elle pourrait \u00eatre impliqu\u00e9e dans plus de 40 % des hyst\u00e9rectomies r\u00e9alis\u00e9es.<\/p>\n<p data-start=\"544\" data-end=\"792\">Sur le plan clinique, elle peut se manifester par des menstruations abondantes, des douleurs menstruelles importantes, des saignements irr\u00e9guliers, des douleurs pelviennes ou pendant les relations sexuelles, et parfois des difficult\u00e9s de fertilit\u00e9.<\/p>\n<p data-start=\"794\" data-end=\"1119\">Longtemps, l\u2019ad\u00e9nomyose a \u00e9t\u00e9 associ\u00e9e principalement aux femmes de plus de 40 ans ayant eu des enfants, et son diagnostic reposait souvent sur une hyst\u00e9rectomie. Aujourd\u2019hui, gr\u00e2ce aux avanc\u00e9es en imagerie, comme l\u2019\u00e9chographie transvaginale et l\u2019IRM, elle est de plus en plus reconnue, y compris chez des femmes plus jeunes.<\/p>\n<p data-start=\"1121\" data-end=\"1317\">L\u2019ad\u00e9nomyose peut \u00e9galement coexister avec d\u2019autres conditions gyn\u00e9cologiques, comme l\u2019<span class=\"hover:entity-accent entity-underline inline cursor-pointer align-baseline\"><span class=\"whitespace-normal\">endom\u00e9triose<\/span><\/span> ou les fibromes ut\u00e9rins, ce qui peut complexifier le portrait clinique.<\/p>\n<p data-start=\"1319\" data-end=\"1590\">Dans ce contexte, la nutrition ne constitue pas un traitement en soi. Elle peut toutefois contribuer \u00e0 soutenir certains sympt\u00f4mes et s\u2019inscrire dans une approche globale, notamment en lien avec l\u2019inflammation, la sant\u00e9 digestive et certains besoins nutritionnels accrus.<\/p>\n<h2 data-section-id=\"1u3ycqc\" data-start=\"1337\" data-end=\"1391\">Le r\u00f4le de l\u2019alimentation : une approche de soutien<\/h2>\n<p data-start=\"1393\" data-end=\"1606\">\u00c0 ce jour, les donn\u00e9es sp\u00e9cifiques sur l\u2019alimentation et l\u2019ad\u00e9nomyose demeurent limit\u00e9es. On s\u2019appuie donc en partie sur les connaissances issues d\u2019autres conditions inflammatoires gyn\u00e9cologiques, comme l\u2019<span class=\"hover:entity-accent entity-underline inline cursor-pointer align-baseline\"><span class=\"whitespace-normal\">endom\u00e9triose<\/span><\/span>. Le fer : un nutriment cl\u00e9 \u00e0 surveiller<\/h3>\n<p data-start=\"3234\" data-end=\"3327\">Les menstruations abondantes associ\u00e9es \u00e0 l\u2019ad\u00e9nomyose augmentent le risque de carence en fer.<\/p>\n<p data-start=\"3329\" data-end=\"3358\">Cela peut se manifester par :<\/p>\n<ul data-start=\"3360\" data-end=\"3448\">\n<li data-section-id=\"1rmkt3d\" data-start=\"3360\" data-end=\"3377\">de la fatigue<\/li>\n<li data-section-id=\"1rua5id\" data-start=\"3378\" data-end=\"3416\">une diminution de la concentration<\/li>\n<li data-section-id=\"131ttri\" data-start=\"3417\" data-end=\"3448\">un essoufflement \u00e0 l\u2019effort<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p data-start=\"3450\" data-end=\"3504\">Sur le plan nutritionnel, on peut porter attention \u00e0 :<\/p>\n<ul data-start=\"3506\" data-end=\"3707\">\n<li data-section-id=\"1wv8yth\" data-start=\"3506\" data-end=\"3564\">l\u2019apport en fer (viandes, l\u00e9gumineuses, tofu, graines)<\/li>\n<li data-section-id=\"ilxkmr\" data-start=\"3565\" data-end=\"3632\">l\u2019association avec la vitamine C pour en am\u00e9liorer l\u2019absorption<\/li>\n<li data-section-id=\"jdcqxm\" data-start=\"3633\" data-end=\"3707\">les facteurs qui peuvent la diminuer (ex. th\u00e9, caf\u00e9 au moment des repas)<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p data-start=\"3709\" data-end=\"3861\">Selon la situation, une \u00e9valuation plus approfondie et une suppl\u00e9mentation peuvent \u00eatre n\u00e9cessaires, en collaboration avec un professionnel de la sant\u00e9.<\/p>\n<h3 data-section-id=\"xi0vyy\" data-start=\"3868\" data-end=\"3912\">4. Une approche individualis\u00e9e avant tout<\/h3>\n<p data-start=\"3914\" data-end=\"3979\">Il n\u2019existe pas une seule \u201cbonne alimentation\u201d pour l\u2019ad\u00e9nomyose.<\/p>\n<p data-start=\"3981\" data-end=\"4214\">Certaines personnes ressentent des b\u00e9n\u00e9fices avec des ajustements simples, alors que d\u2019autres auront besoin d\u2019une approche plus structur\u00e9e.
