Sucre, f\u00e9culents, jus, produits transform\u00e9s\u2026 La liste peut sembler interminable.<br data-start=\"517\" data-end=\"520\" \/>Mais avant de parler d\u2019aliments \u00e0 limiter, il faut d\u2019abord comprendre ce qui se passe au niveau hormonal. Car beaucoup de conseils qui circulent,comme couper tous les glucides,\u00a0 ne racontent qu\u2019une partie de l\u2019histoire.<\/p>\n<h2><span style=\"font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 14pt;\">Comprendre le SOPK<\/span><\/h2>\n<p data-start=\"689\" data-end=\"973\">Le syndrome des ovaires polykystiques (SOPK) est fr\u00e9quent chez les femmes en \u00e2ge de procr\u00e9er. Il se manifeste par des niveaux \u00e9lev\u00e9s d\u2019androg\u00e8nes, des cycles irr\u00e9guliers ou absents, et parfois par une infertilit\u00e9. Le sucre appartient \u00e0 cette cat\u00e9gorie, comme l\u2019amidon et les fibres. Mais on ne mange presque jamais un aliment seul. L\u2019ensemble du repas influence donc la r\u00e9ponse insulinique.<\/p>\n<p data-start=\"1960\" data-end=\"2279\">Par exemple, boire un jus de fruit seul n\u2019a pas le m\u00eame impact que manger un yogourt grec avec des petits fruits.<br data-start=\"2073\" data-end=\"2076\" \/>Les deux contiennent des glucides, mais le yogourt apporte aussi des prot\u00e9ines, du gras et des fibres, ce qui ralentit l\u2019absorption du sucre. La s\u00e9cr\u00e9tion d\u2019insuline est alors plus faible et plus stable.<\/p>\n<h2><span style=\"font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 14pt;\"><strong>Est-ce que je dois \u00e9viter de manger des f\u00e9culents \u00e0 cause de leur teneur en glucides?<\/strong><\/span><\/h2>\n<p data-start=\"2480\" data-end=\"2669\">Simplement, non.<br data-start=\"2496\" data-end=\"2499\" \/>\u00c9liminer les glucides ou les f\u00e9culents n\u2019est ni n\u00e9cessaire ni souhaitable si tu as le SOPK.
