De m\u00eame, l&#8217;agence de la sant\u00e9 publique au Canada recommande de ne pas d\u00e9passer 300 mg de caf\u00e9ine peu importe la source.<\/span><\/p>\n<h3><span style=\"font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 14pt;\">Qu&#8217;en est-il des r\u00e9sultats de l&#8217;\u00e9tude?<\/span><\/h3>\n<p><span style=\"font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 14pt;\">Bien que la caf\u00e9ine ne semble pas affecter la f\u00e9condit\u00e9, un risque significatif de fausse couche a \u00e9t\u00e9 observ\u00e9. En effet, une augmentation de 100 mg de caf\u00e9ine par jour \u00e9tait associ\u00e9e \u00e0 une augmentation de 14 % du risque de fausse couche. La raison n&#8217;est pas claire mais une hypoth\u00e8se est li\u00e9e au fait que la consommation de caf\u00e9\/caf\u00e9ine peut affecter les niveaux d&#8217;hormones.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 14pt;\">Donc, il est prudent de se limiter \u00e0 moins de 200 mg de caf\u00e9ine par jour. En effet, il y en a aussi dans ces aliments\/boissons :<\/span><br \/>\n<span style=\"font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 14pt;\">&#8211; Th\u00e9,<\/span><br \/>\n<span style=\"font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 14pt;\">&#8211; Boissons \u00e9nergisantes,<\/span><br \/>\n<span style=\"font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 14pt;\">&#8211; Boissons gazeuses,<\/span><br \/>\n<span style=\"font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 14pt;\">&#8211; Produits \u00e0 base de cacao (et oui, il y en a dans le chocolat !)<\/span><\/p>\n<h2><span style=\"font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 14pt;\">Boire du caf\u00e9 oui ou non apr\u00e8s un transfert d&#8217;embryon?<\/span><\/h2>\n<p><span style=\"font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 14pt;\">En processus de fertilit\u00e9 (f\u00e9condation in vitro ou transfert d\u2019embryon) le caf\u00e9 d\u00e9caf\u00e9in\u00e9 peut \u00eatre une option plus int\u00e9ressante \u00e0 consid\u00e9rer. La f\u00e9condation in vitro est un processus tr\u00e8s exigeant physiquement et mentalement sur la femme. L&#8217;objectif ultime est de tomber enceinte mais aussi d&#8217;avoir une grossesse \u00e9volutive et en sant\u00e9.
