Ils sont m\u00eame parfois n\u00e9cessaires dans certaines situations. Toutefois, je veux adresser trois points en lien avec la prise de suppl\u00e9ments qui m\u00e9ritent une attention.<\/span><\/p>\n<h2><span style=\"font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 14pt;\">1- Il faut faire attention aux risques de toxicit\u00e9 des vitamines liposolubles<\/span><\/h2>\n<p><span style=\"font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 14pt;\">Les vitamines liposolubles sont les vitamine A, D, E et K. Ces vitamines sont stock\u00e9es par le corps et \u00e0 des doses \u00e9lev\u00e9es pr\u00e9sentent un risque de toxicit\u00e9. C\u2019est pas mal difficile d&#8217;atteindre niveau risqu\u00e9 en consommant uniquement des aliments.\u00a0 Toutefois, certains suppl\u00e9ments multivitamin\u00e9s contiennent des doses \u00e9lev\u00e9es de ces vitamines.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 14pt;\">Si tu prends plusieurs suppl\u00e9ments, c\u2019est important de v\u00e9rifier les ingr\u00e9dients dans tous les suppl\u00e9ments. Par exemple, si suppl\u00e9ment X contient d\u00e9j\u00e0 de la vitamine A, et suppl\u00e9ment Y contient \u00e9galement de la vitamine A, c\u2019est important de voir le total de vitamine A ing\u00e9r\u00e9 par ces deux suppl\u00e9ments. En g\u00e9n\u00e9ral, l&#8217;apport maximal tol\u00e9rable pour les adultes est de 3 000 mcg par jour.\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 14pt;\">Les sympt\u00f4mes de la toxicit\u00e9 de la vitamine A sont entre autres: une peau s\u00e8che et des d\u00e9mangeaisons, des \u00e9tourdissements des naus\u00e9es, des douleurs digestives et une perte d&#8217;app\u00e9tit. <\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 14pt;\">Plus important, des doses \u00e9lev\u00e9es de vitamine A (plus que 3000 mcg) peuvent provoquer de graves malformations cong\u00e9nitales. Ainsi, des quantit\u00e9s m\u00e9ga \u00e9lev\u00e9e de vitamine A pour une femme en essai b\u00e9b\u00e9 n\u2019est pas du tout recommand\u00e9!\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n<p><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"alignnone wp-image-2874\" src=\"https:\/\/celinesalouminutrition.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2023\/01\/supplements-300x199.jpg\" alt=\"\" width=\"464\" height=\"308\" srcset=\"https:\/\/celinesalouminutrition.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2023\/01\/supplements-300x199.jpg 300w, https:\/\/celinesalouminutrition.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2023\/01\/supplements-580x384.jpg 580w, https:\/\/celinesalouminutrition.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2023\/01\/supplements.jpg 640w\" sizes=\"auto, (max-width: 464px) 100vw, 464px\" \/><\/p>\n<h2><span style=\"font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 14pt;\">2- Valider les suppl\u00e9ments et produits naturels avec des professionnels de la sant\u00e9 qualifi\u00e9s<\/span><\/h2>\n<p><span style=\"font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 14pt;\">Si la voisine ou la copine ou tout simplement une femme sur un groupe de support a sugg\u00e9r\u00e9 de prendre X suppl\u00e9ment \u00e7a ne veut pas dire que ce suppl\u00e9ment va \u00eatre ad\u00e9quat pour toi.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 14pt;\">Il faut s\u2019assurer de prendre le conseil d\u2019un professionnel de la sant\u00e9 dipl\u00f4m\u00e9 et avec une expertise dans son domaine. Ceci n&#8217;inclue pas l\u2019influenceuse sur les r\u00e9seaux sociaux qui parle de nutrition ou le coach en nutrition ou m\u00eame les conseill\u00e8res de vente en magasin.\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 14pt;\">Consultez une di\u00e9t\u00e9tiste, un m\u00e9decin ou un pharmacien pour valider si les suppl\u00e9ment et\/ou les produits naturels que tu prends sont ad\u00e9quats pour toi. En effet, les produits \u00e0 base de plantes peuvent avoir des effets secondaires m\u00eame plus puissants que les m\u00e9dicaments.
