Par exemple, si vous mangez tr\u00e8s peu de fruits et de l\u00e9gumes et vous consommez souvent des graines raffin\u00e9es avec 1-2 verres d\u2019eau par jour, il est fort probable que vous allez ressentir les sympt\u00f4mes de la constipation.<\/span><\/p>\n<div class=\"convertkit-form wp-block-convertkit-form\" style=\"\"><script async data-uid=\"6e91ed06cf\" src=\"https:\/\/celinesalouminutrition.kit.com\/6e91ed06cf\/index.js\" data-jetpack-boost=\"ignore\" data-no-defer=\"1\" nowprocket><\/script><\/div>\n<h2><span style=\"font-size: 14pt; font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif;\">Pourquoi la banane a cette mauvaise r\u00e9putation? <\/span><\/h2>\n<p><span style=\"font-size: 14pt; font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif;\">Avez-vous d\u00e9j\u00e0 re\u00e7u le conseil de manger une banane si vous avez la diarrh\u00e9e? La r\u00e9ponse est fort probablement un OUI! <\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-size: 14pt; font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif;\">Nous pensons que si la banane aide \u00e0 am\u00e9liorer la diarrh\u00e9e, logiquement l&#8217;inverse est aussi vrai. Sur ce fait la banane est malheureusement \u00e9vit\u00e9e en cas de constipation. En effet, la banane est une source de fibres solubles qui aident \u00e0 am\u00e9liorer la consistance des selles. D&#8217;ailleurs, ce qui est important de savoir, les fibres solubles qu\u2019on retrouve dans plusieurs autres fruits et l\u00e9gumes ne constipent pas!<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 14pt;\">De plus, la banane est une source de pr\u00e9biotiques. Les pr\u00e9biotiques aident \u00e0 nourrir les bonnes bact\u00e9ries de notre syst\u00e8me digestif. Si vous aimez les bananes et vous souffrez de constipation, ce n\u2019est pas n\u00e9cessaire de vous en priver. <\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-size: 14pt; font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif;\">Choisissez de pr\u00e9f\u00e9rence une banane vert-jaune ou jaune de pr\u00e9f\u00e9rence sans de taches brunes. De plus, visez \u00e0 augmenter votre apport en fibres et \u00e0 boire plus d\u2019eau. Les fibres ont besoin de l&#8217;eau pour faire leur travail!<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-size: 14pt; font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif;\">Finalement, si votre constipation est le r\u00e9sultat d\u2019un syndrome du c\u00f4lon irritable ou d&#8217;une condition comme l&#8217;endom\u00e9triose, plusieurs strat\u00e9gies alimentaires pourront vous aider \u00e0 contr\u00f4ler vos sympt\u00f4mes!
