Il existe 2 cat\u00e9gories : <\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-size: 14pt;\">Les <\/span><span style=\"font-size: 14pt;\">dysm\u00e9norrh\u00e9es primaires qui sont celles survenant d\u00e8s les premi\u00e8res r\u00e8gles.\u00a0 <\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-size: 14pt;\">Les dysm\u00e9norrh\u00e9es secondaires qui apparaissent apr\u00e8s une p\u00e9riode de r\u00e8gles non douloureuses. Par exemple, un spasme de l\u2019ut\u00e9rus ainsi qu\u2019une position de l\u2019ut\u00e9rus compromettant sa vascularisation.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-size: 14pt;\">Avec une pathologie comme l\u2019endom\u00e9triose, les adh\u00e9rences peuvent r\u00e9duire la mobilit\u00e9 ut\u00e9rine et alt\u00e9rer la qualit\u00e9 de la contraction de l\u2019ut\u00e9rus. De plus, le processus inflammatoire de cette maladie entraine des adh\u00e9rences. Ces adh\u00e9rences peuvent \u00eatre au niveau des diff\u00e9rents espaces entre les organes de la r\u00e9gion pelvienne. Elles bloquent la mobilit\u00e9 des diff\u00e9rents visc\u00e8res, g\u00e9n\u00e9rant des sensations de g\u00eane et de tiraillements causant la douleur.\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-size: 14pt;\">Une autre cause de dysm\u00e9norrh\u00e9e est la congestion pelvienne. Celle-ci provoque la pr\u00e9sence d\u2019\u0153d\u00e8me entourant la zone ut\u00e9rine limitant la mobilit\u00e9 de l\u2019ut\u00e9rus. De plus, <\/span><span style=\"font-size: 14pt;\">une augmentation des prostaglandines (des hormones qui provoquent la contraction de l\u2019ut\u00e9rus) augmente encore plus l&#8217;effet.<\/span><\/p>\n<h2>Les strat\u00e9gies pour aider \u00e0 diminuer les douleurs menstruelles<\/h2>\n<p><span style=\"font-size: 14pt;\">L\u2019approche alimentaire visant \u00e0 r\u00e9duire les aliments qui favorisent les prostaglandines pro-inflammatoire est une strat\u00e9gie gagnante. L&#8217;alimentation anti-inflammatoire peut agir sur cet aspect et ainsi contribuer \u00e0 mieux g\u00e9rer les douleurs menstruelles. De plus, une approche FODMAP simplifi\u00e9e qui permet d&#8217;\u00e9liminer juste quelques aliments tr\u00e8s riches en FODMAP peut aider \u00e0 diminuer les sympt\u00f4mes digestifs qui accompagnent les douleurs menstruelles. De plus, elles peuvent aussi optimiser le glissement des organes voisins pouvant g\u00eaner la mobilit\u00e9 de l\u2019ut\u00e9rus.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-size: 14pt;\">Une strat\u00e9gie simple \u00e0 essayer est le massage des cicatrices!<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-size: 14pt;\">Les cicatrices ont tendance \u00e0 cr\u00e9er des tensions dans les couches superficielles et profondes de la paroi de l\u2019abdomen. Le massage des cicatrices est donc un outil tr\u00e8s utile afin de garder une bonne mobilit\u00e9 des tissus de l\u2019abdomen.<\/span><\/p>\n<h3>Voici donc une s\u00e9quence simple que tu peux faire :<\/h3>\n<p><span style=\"font-size: 14pt;\">1. Commence par faire des \u00e9tirements le long de la cicatrice, de gauche \u00e0 droite et ensuite de droite \u00e0 gauche environ 20 fois sur la couche superficielle et ensuite, tu peux r\u00e9p\u00e9ter la <\/span><span style=\"font-size: 14pt;\">m\u00eame chose 20 fois encore mais cette fois sur la couche profonde.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-size: 14pt;\">2. Ensuite, tu peux faire un massage superficiel en formant des petits ronds dans le sens des aiguilles d&#8217;une montre, le long de la cicatrice, section par section. Tu peux ensuite <\/span><span style=\"font-size: 14pt;\">r\u00e9p\u00e9ter le m\u00eame mouvement sur une couche l\u00e9g\u00e8rement plus profonde.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-size: 14pt;\">3. Tout au long du massage, \u00e9value les r\u00e9gions de la cicatrice qui te semble plus tendues et passe un peu plus de temps sur ces zones.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-size: 14pt;\">N\u2019h\u00e9site pas \u00e0 t\u2019accorder un peu de temps dans ta routine quotidienne pour te faire du bien. Tu peux int\u00e9grer le massage des cicatrices dans cette routine \u00e0 raison d\u2019une \u00e0 deux fois par semaine.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-size: 14pt;\"><span style=\"background-color: #ff0000;\"><strong>Attention !<\/strong><\/span> Il est important de ne pas provoquer de la douleur lors du massage des cicatrices. Il est \u00e9galement primordial d\u2019attendre la gu\u00e9rison compl\u00e8te de la cicatrice en <\/span><span style=\"font-size: 14pt;\">post-op\u00e9ratoire avant de commencer le massage.
