Ces deux mots que plusieurs femmes vont taper sur le fameux google \ud83d\ude0a. <\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-size: 14pt;\">En effet, une des questions que je re\u00e7ois souvent en lien avec l&#8217;alimentation et l&#8217;endom\u00e9triose: est-ce qu&#8217;il faut \u00e9viter les produits \u00e0 base de soya?<\/span><\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<h2><strong>Soya et isoflavones et lien avec l&#8217;endom\u00e9triose<\/strong><\/h2>\n<p><span style=\"font-size: 14pt;\">Le soya est une l\u00e9gumineuse riche en prot\u00e9ines, fibres et plusieurs nutriments! Elle est \u00e9galement une source tr\u00e8s \u00e9lev\u00e9e d\u2019isoflavones, un type d\u2019estrog\u00e8ne d\u2019origine v\u00e9g\u00e9tale (phyto\u0153strog\u00e8ne). Les phyto\u0153strog\u00e8nes\u00a0sont des substances d&#8217;origine v\u00e9g\u00e9tale qui sont structurellement et fonctionnellement similaires aux \u0153strog\u00e8nes.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"wp-image-2433 aligncenter\" src=\"https:\/\/celinesalouminutrition.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2022\/10\/lait-soya-300x167.jpg\" alt=\"\" width=\"642\" height=\"357\" srcset=\"https:\/\/celinesalouminutrition.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2022\/10\/lait-soya-300x167.jpg 300w, https:\/\/celinesalouminutrition.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2022\/10\/lait-soya-768x427.jpg 768w, https:\/\/celinesalouminutrition.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2022\/10\/lait-soya-580x323.jpg 580w, https:\/\/celinesalouminutrition.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2022\/10\/lait-soya.jpg 841w\" sizes=\"auto, (max-width: 642px) 100vw, 642px\" \/><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-size: 14pt;\"><strong>Les isoflavones du soya peuvent s\u2019attacher aux r\u00e9cepteurs d\u2019estrog\u00e8ne du corps et avoir des effets estrog\u00e9niques ou anti-estrog\u00e9niques selon la situation <a href=\"https:\/\/www.ncbi.nlm.nih.gov\/pmc\/articles\/PMC8232159\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">(1)<\/a>. <\/strong><\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-size: 14pt;\">Qu\u2019est-ce que \u00e7a veut dire?<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-size: 14pt;\">Eh bien chez une femme ayant des taux d\u2019estrog\u00e8ne \u00e9lev\u00e9s, les isoflavones aideront \u00e0 contr\u00f4ler l\u2019exc\u00e8s. \u00c0 l\u2019inverse, chez une femme ayant des taux plus bas, elles permettront d\u2019augmenter les estrog\u00e8nes. Ceci peut donc \u00eatre b\u00e9n\u00e9fique pour les femmes atteintes d&#8217;endom\u00e9triose.<\/span><\/p>\n<h2><strong>\u00a0Le soya: u<\/strong><strong>n profil nutritionnel int\u00e9ressant<\/strong><\/h2>\n<p><span style=\"font-size: 14pt;\">Ce n\u2019est pas tout! En plus d\u2019\u00eatre riche en isoflavones, le soya est une source d\u2019autres nutriments incluant les vitamines B, les fibres, le potassium et le magn\u00e9sium. C\u2019est aussi une prot\u00e9ine v\u00e9g\u00e9tale de haute qualit\u00e9 contenant les 9 acides amin\u00e9s essentiels! Ce qui en fait un aliment tr\u00e8s int\u00e9ressant d\u2019un point de vue nutritionnel.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-size: 14pt;\">De plus, le soya semble avoir des effets protecteurs contre le cancer du sein <a href=\"https:\/\/www.ncbi.nlm.nih.gov\/pmc\/articles\/PMC8931954\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">(2)<\/a> Une raison de plus pour en ajouter \u00e0 tes plats! Il se vend aussi en comprim\u00e9s ou suppl\u00e9ments.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-size: 14pt;\">La l\u00e9cithine de soya provient g\u00e9n\u00e9ralement de cultures g\u00e9n\u00e9ralement modifi\u00e9es.
