Cette maladie peut engendrer tellement de douleurs et d\u2019inconforts que certaines femmes sont pr\u00eates \u00e0 tout essayer pour diminuer les sympt\u00f4mes et les douleurs.\u00a0 L&#8217;alimentation est une strat\u00e9gie pour g\u00e9rer les sympt\u00f4mes. Toutefois plusieurs mythes alimentaires existent sur le sujet de l&#8217;endom\u00e9triose.\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-size: 14pt;\">Malheureusement, plusieurs femmes vont s\u2019imposer plusieurs restrictions alimentaires \u00e0 la suite des conseils retrouv\u00e9s sur le web. <\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-size: 14pt;\">Sans gluten, sans soya, sans produits laitiers, sans OGM, sans caf\u00e9ine, sans sucre, sans FODMAP et la liste de SANS est infinie\u2026.<\/span><\/p>\n<h2><span style=\"font-size: 14pt;\">Ces restrictions multiples:<\/span><\/h2>\n<ul>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 14pt;\">Peuvent cr\u00e9er de l\u2019anxi\u00e9t\u00e9<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 14pt;\">Peuvent augmenter les risques des carences alimentaires<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 14pt;\">Limitent \u00e9norm\u00e9ment la vari\u00e9t\u00e9 alimentaire<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 14pt;\">Perturbent la flore intestinale\u00a0<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 14pt;\">Affectent la qualit\u00e9 de vie<\/span><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><span style=\"font-size: 14pt;\">Chaque femme est unique et vit son endom\u00e9triose de fa\u00e7on diff\u00e9rente. Les solutions doivent \u00eatre donc adapt\u00e9e aux sympt\u00f4mes ressentis. Ceci dit, il n\u2019y a malheureusement pas une formule magique qui s\u2019applique \u00e0 tout le monde. S&#8217;il doit y a voir des restrictions alimentaires, celles-ci doivent \u00eatre bien justifi\u00e9es.\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n<h2><span style=\"font-size: 14pt;\">Voici quelques exemples pour expliquer pourquoi l&#8217;alimentation et les conseils alimentaires doivent \u00eatre personnalis\u00e9s:\u00a0<\/span><\/h2>\n<ul>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 14pt;\">Une di\u00e8te sans gluten peut nettement diminuer les sympt\u00f4mes pour une personne mais avoir z\u00e9ro impacte sur une autre. Si les sympt\u00f4mes dominants sont digestifs (ballonnements, gaz &#8230;) ce n&#8217;est pas le gluten mais les fructanes qui sont \u00e0 l&#8217;origine des douleurs. Les fructanes sont des glucides fermentescibles qu&#8217;on retrouve dans plusieurs graines.\u00a0<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 14pt;\">L&#8217;\u00e9limination compl\u00e8te des produits laitiers est \u00e0 \u00e9valuer selon le cas. Les produits laitiers sont une source de plusieurs nutriments important. Il ne faut pas les \u00e9liminer s&#8217;il n&#8217; y\u00a0 pas une raison valide ( et non cette raison n&#8217;est pas les conseils retrouv\u00e9s par des influenceurs sur les r\u00e9seaux sociaux!)\u00a0<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 14pt;\">Les produits \u00e0 bases de soya non transform\u00e9s peuvent avoir un effet b\u00e9n\u00e9fique plut\u00f4t que l\u2019inverse.<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 14pt;\">L&#8217;approche FODMAP peut \u00eatre personnalis\u00e9e si la personne souffre de douleurs digestives et ne devrait absolument pas \u00eatre suivie long terme.\u00a0<\/span><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><span style=\"font-size: 14pt;\">Bref, l\u2019approche nutritionnelle doit \u00eatre <strong>individualis\u00e9e<\/strong> pour r\u00e9pondre aux besoins et probl\u00e9matiques en question (troubles digestifs, infertilit\u00e9, menstruations abondantes, douleurs pelviennes, inflammation ou autres probl\u00e8mes).<\/span><\/p>\n<h2><span style=\"font-size: 14pt;\">Est-ce qu&#8217;il existe une &#8221;di\u00e8te&#8221; ou une alimentation specifique pour l&#8217;endom\u00e9triose?<\/span><\/h2>\n<p><span style=\"font-size: 14pt;\">La r\u00e9ponse c\u2019est qu\u2019il n\u2019y a pas vraiment une &#8221;di\u00e8te&#8221; \u00e9tablie pour l\u2019endom\u00e9triose.\u00a0 Cependant, il existe plusieurs strat\u00e9gies alimentaires qui vont grandement aider \u00e0 mieux g\u00e9rer l\u2019endom\u00e9triose. Ces approches visent principalement \u00e0 g\u00e9rer les sympt\u00f4mes qui sont associ\u00e9s \u00e0 l&#8217;endom\u00e9triose.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-size: 14pt;\"> L&#8217;alimentation vise principalement \u00e0 diminuer l&#8217;inflammation et optimiser la sant\u00e9 digestive qui peut \u00eatre alt\u00e9r\u00e9e. L&#8217;alimentation va aussi aider \u00e0 diminuer le stress oxydatif associ\u00e9 \u00e0 l&#8217;inflammation.\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n<h2>Les \u00e9l\u00e9ments cl\u00e9s d&#8217;une alimentation anti-endom\u00e9triose<\/h2>\n<p><span style=\"font-size: 14pt;\">Ce qui est absolument important c&#8217;est d&#8217;avoir une alimentation qui apporte une panoplie d&#8217;antioxydants et des aliments\/ <a href=\"https:\/\/celinesalouminutrition.com\/fr\/2022\/03\/les-epices-anti-inflammatoires\/\">\u00e9pices<\/a> avec des propri\u00e9t\u00e9s anti-inflammatoires. Ceci va amplement aider \u00e0 combattre le stress oxydatif associ\u00e9 \u00e0 cette condition. <\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-size: 14pt;\">Le choix du gras est aussi important. Par exemple, les acides gras om\u00e9ga 3 qu&#8217;on retrouvent principalement dans les poissons gras comme le saumon, la truite et les sardines peuvent aider \u00e0 diminuer les prostaglandines inflammatoires, et donc diminuer les douleurs pelviennes. <\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-size: 14pt;\">Le mod\u00e8le alimentaire que je recommande le plus est principalement le r\u00e9gime m\u00e9diterran\u00e9en. Ce r\u00e9gime est optimal car il permet d&#8217;avoir une assiette \u00e9quilibr\u00e9e et color\u00e9e et qui r\u00e9ponds aux besoins d&#8217;une personne qui souffre d&#8217;une maladie inflammatoire comme l&#8217;endom\u00e9triose. Les habitudes de vie comme le tabagisme, l\u2019alcool, l\u2019activit\u00e9 physique ; le stress ; le sommeil et l&#8217;exposition aux perturbateurs endocriniens sont tous des facteurs \u00e0 consid\u00e9rer.
