En effet, c&#8217;est une des plus grandes tendances alimentaires surtout pour la perte de poids.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 14pt;\">R\u00e9cemment, une de mes clientes me fait part qu\u2019elle a \u00e9t\u00e9 conseill\u00e9e de suivre une di\u00e8te KETO pour optimiser ces chances de conception via f\u00e9condation in-vitro. Consid\u00e9rant qu\u2019elle n\u2019est pas la premi\u00e8re ni la derni\u00e8re cliente qui me pose cette question, j\u2019y r\u00e9ponds dans cet article de blogue.<\/span><\/p>\n<h2><span style=\"font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif;\"><strong>Pour commencer c\u2019est quoi la di\u00e8te KETO\u00a0?<\/strong><\/span><\/h2>\n<p><span style=\"font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 14pt;\">C\u2019est une di\u00e8te tr\u00e8s faible en glucides (20-50 grammes de glucides par jour) et principalement riche en gras (environ 70% de l\u2019\u00e9nergie quotidienne totale). C&#8217;est tr\u00e8s facile de consommer 15-20 g de glucides par jour. Pour donner une id\u00e9e, juste 1 portion de fruit par jour donnes 15-20 grammes de glucides ! Ainsi, ce r\u00e9gime est pas mal restrictif et difficile \u00e0 maintenir au long terme. En effet, pour \u00eatre en mode c\u00e9tose, les personnes qui suivent ce r\u00e9gime, doivent exclurent de leur alimentation tous les graines, les fruits, certains l\u00e9gumes et produits laitiers. C&#8217;est pas mal une longue liste de restrictions alimentaires.\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n<h2><span style=\"font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 14pt;\">Est-ce que c&#8217;est la meilleure di\u00e8te pour la fertilit\u00e9 ?<\/span><\/h2>\n<p><span style=\"font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 14pt;\">Pas vraiment pour plusieurs raisons. Toutefois, j\u2019aimerais expliquer pourquoi ce n\u2019est pas la meilleure approche pour un couple qui essaie d&#8217;avoir un enfant.<\/span><\/p>\n<ol>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 14pt;\">La vari\u00e9t\u00e9 alimentaire diminue. Ceci implique une \u00e9limination de plusieurs nutriments b\u00e9n\u00e9fiques pour la fertilit\u00e9, entre autres, le folate, les vitamines du groupe B, les fibres alimentaires et certains antioxydants.<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 14pt;\">Le risque de carences alimentaires est plus \u00e9lev\u00e9 avec une di\u00e8te tr\u00e8s restrictive. Quand l&#8217;objectif est une grossesse, \u00eatre en carence n\u2019est pas optimal ni id\u00e9al.<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 14pt;\">La di\u00e8te KETO augmente le risque de constipation et peut alt\u00e9rer la flore intestinale. Ceci peut affecter le m\u00e9tabolisme d\u2019estrog\u00e8ne et la sant\u00e9 hormonale. De plus, ceci peut aggraver les probl\u00e8mes tel que l&#8217;endom\u00e9triose et les fibromes ut\u00e9rins.<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 14pt;\">La di\u00e8te KETO est principalement riche en gras alimentaires. Souvent les type de gras consomm\u00e9 sont des gras satur\u00e9s. Les gras satur\u00e9s ont \u00e9t\u00e9 associ\u00e9 \u00e0 une augmentation de l&#8217;inflammation <a href=\"https:\/\/journals.sagepub.com\/doi\/full\/10.1177\/1178646920981946\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">(1)<\/a>. De plus, les gras satur\u00e9s en exc\u00e8s peuvent aussi diminuer la qualit\u00e9 ovocytaire et la qualit\u00e9 des spermatozo\u00efdes (<a href=\"https:\/\/www.sciencedaily.com\/releases\/2012\/07\/120703120655.htm\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">2<\/a>,<a href=\"https:\/\/www.sciencedirect.com\/science\/article\/pii\/S0002916523054217#:~:text=A%20significant%20dose%2Dresponse%20association,men%20in%20the%20lowest%20quartile.\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">3<\/a> ).<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 14pt;\">La di\u00e8te KETO est faible en fibres et v\u00e9g\u00e9taux. Selon les \u00e9tudes scientifiques, une alimentation plut\u00f4t riche en v\u00e9g\u00e9taux est plus b\u00e9n\u00e9fique pour la fertilit\u00e9. En effet, elle permet de maximiser l&#8217;apport en nutriments et en antioxydants qui sont amplement b\u00e9n\u00e9fiques pour optimiser la fertilit\u00e9 des femmes et des hommes!<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 14pt;\">Les glucides complexes sont des aliments anti-stress par excellence ! En effet, ils aident \u00e0 augmenter les taux de s\u00e9rotonine, un neurotransmetteur qui joue un r\u00f4le dans la r\u00e9gularisation des \u00e9motions <a href=\"https:\/\/pubmed.ncbi.nlm.nih.gov\/2903717\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">(4)<\/a>.\u00a0 Pour ajouter une coche de plus, les aliments riches en grains entiers ont \u00e9t\u00e9 associ\u00e9s \u00e0 une probabilit\u00e9 augment\u00e9e des chances d&#8217;implantation d&#8217;embryon <a href=\"https:\/\/pubmed.ncbi.nlm.nih.gov\/26926253\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">(5)<\/a><\/span><\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<h2><span style=\"font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 14pt;\">Pourquoi certains professionnels de la sant\u00e9 encouragent cette di\u00e8te\u00a0?<\/span><\/h2>\n<p><span style=\"font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 14pt;\">La di\u00e8te KETO permet de r\u00e9duire la r\u00e9sistance \u00e0 l\u2019insuline souvent associ\u00e9e \u00e0 des probl\u00e8mes de fertilit\u00e9 comme le syndrome des ovaires polykystiques <a href=\"https:\/\/www.ncbi.nlm.nih.gov\/pmc\/articles\/PMC5372867\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">(6)<\/a>. Toutefois, une di\u00e8te faible en glucides permet aussi bien de contr\u00f4ler l\u2019inflammation et r\u00e9duire la resistance \u00e0 l&#8217;insuline sans \u00eatre en restriction s\u00e9v\u00e8re.
