Toutefois, ils mentionnent qu\u2019ils utilisent du sirop d\u2019\u00e9rable sur leur cr\u00eape ou du miel dans les smoothies. Le raisonnement est que c\u2019est naturel donc c\u2019est sant\u00e9. Malheureusement ce n\u2019est pas vrai du point de vue nutritionnel.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-size: 14pt;\">Voici un petit tour des sucres les plus utilis\u00e9s:<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-size: 14pt;\"><strong>Le sucre blanc\u00a0<\/strong><\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-size: 14pt;\">Le sucre blanc est constitu\u00e9 de saccharose (glucose + fructose). Il est extrait de la canne ou de la betterave \u00e0 sucre pour ensuite subir un processus de raffinage pour obtenir le sucre de table qu\u2019on connait. De point de vue nutritionnel, une cuill\u00e8re \u00e0 th\u00e9 de 5 grammes contient 16 calories, 4 grammes de glucides et aucun min\u00e9ral. Ainsi, les calories provenant du sucre sont vides et n\u2019apportent aucune valeur nutritive.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-size: 14pt;\"><strong>La cassonade<\/strong><\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-size: 14pt;\">En r\u00e9sum\u00e9, la cassonade n\u2019est que du sucre blanc additionn\u00e9 de m\u00e9lasse, d\u2019o\u00f9 la couleur brun. Est-ce que la m\u00e9lasse ajout\u00e9e rend le sucre brun plus sant\u00e9? Pas du tout. En effet, la m\u00e9lasse est un produit d\u00e9riv\u00e9 du raffinage du sucre de canne.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-size: 14pt;\">Sur le plan nutritionnel, la cassonade\u00a0est presque identique avec le sucre blanc. Une cuill\u00e8re \u00e0 th\u00e9 contient 18 calories, 5 grammes de glucides et pratiquement aucun min\u00e9ral.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-size: 14pt;\"> <strong>Le miel<\/strong><\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-size: 14pt;\">Le miel est une combinaison de fructose et glucose tout comme le sucre blanc. M\u00eame s\u2019il est produit par des abeilles, son profil nutritionnel n\u2019est pas plus int\u00e9ressant que le sucre naturel. Le seul avantage c\u2019est que le miel peut contenir des antioxydants et peut avoir un effet antibact\u00e9rien. Toutefois, ces propri\u00e9t\u00e9s sont variables et d\u00e9pendent de plusieurs facteurs, dont le type de fleurs butin\u00e9es par les abeilles, la g\u00e9ographie, la saison\u2026<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-size: 14pt;\"><strong>Le sirop d\u2019\u00e9rable<\/strong><\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-size: 14pt;\">Un classique de la gastronomie qu\u00e9b\u00e9coise, le sirop d\u2019\u00e9rable est obtenu en faisant bouillir la s\u00e8ve de l\u2019\u00e9rable. De m\u00eame, il est riche en saccharose et offre la m\u00eame valeur nutritive que le sucre. Toutefois, le sirop d\u2019\u00e9rable pur peut contenir des traces de min\u00e9raux comme le potassium, le zinc et le calcium. De plus, comme le miel il a des propri\u00e9t\u00e9s antioxydantes. Finalement, il para\u020bt que le sirop d\u2019\u00e9rable \u00e0 un indice glyc\u00e9mique plus faible que le sucre blanc.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-size: 14pt;\"><strong>\u00a0<\/strong><\/span><span style=\"font-size: 14pt;\"><strong>Le sirop d\u2019agave<\/strong><\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-size: 14pt;\">Le sirop d\u2019agave provient d\u2019un cactus mexicain l\u2019agave bleu. Sa couleur varie du brun clair au brun fonc\u00e9 et il goute 1.5 x plus sucr\u00e9 que le sucre blanc \u00e0 cause de sa teneur en fructose. Une cuill\u00e8re \u00e0 th\u00e9 de sirop d\u2019agave contient 17 calories, soit autant que le sucre r\u00e9gulier. Comme le sirop d\u2019\u00e9rable, \u00a0le sirop d\u2019agave poss\u00e8de un indice glyc\u00e9mique moins \u00e9lev\u00e9 que le sucre blanc. Toutefois, il reste qu\u2019il est riche en fructose et un exc\u00e8s de fructose peut se transformer en gras!<\/span><\/p>\n<h2><span style=\"background-color: #ffffff; color: #ff0000;\"><strong><span style=\"font-size: 14pt;\">Message \u00e0 retenir, <\/span><\/strong><\/span><\/h2>\n<p><span style=\"font-size: 14pt;\">La valeur nutritive de la cassonade, du miel, du sirop d\u2019\u00e9rable et du sirop d\u2019agave est\u00a0similaire\u00a0\u00e0 celle du sucre blanc. M\u00eame s\u2019ils renferment une tr\u00e8s faible quantit\u00e9 de vitamines et de min\u00e9raux, \u00a0toutes ces variantes du sucre de table contiennent essentiellement des\u00a0glucides \u00e0 absorption rapide, et qui peuvent avoir un impact sur la glyc\u00e9mie. Alors, consommez-les avec mod\u00e9ration, et sucrez avec celui qui a le meilleur go\u00fbt pour vous. En tant que soci\u00e9t\u00e9, nous mangeons d\u00e9j\u00e0 beaucoup de sucre ajout\u00e9.
