Dans cet article j&#8217;explore le r\u00f4le des antioxydants sur la qualit\u00e9 des spermatozo\u00efdes.\u00a0\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n<h2><span style=\"font-size: 14pt;\"> Comment la nutrition peut avoir un impact?\u00a0<\/span><\/h2>\n<p><span style=\"font-size: 14pt;\">Les anomalies du sperme peuvent \u00eatre caus\u00e9es par un stress oxydatif au sperme. En effet, le stress oxydatif peut affecter de nombreux param\u00e8tres de la fertilit\u00e9 masculine, y compris la motilit\u00e9 et la qualit\u00e9 du sperme, le nombre de spermatozo\u00efdes et les dommages \u00e0 l&#8217;ADN. <\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-size: 14pt;\">Le tabac, l\u2019alcool, la pollution, le stress chronique sont tous des facteurs qui peuvent augmenter l\u2019oxydation. Les aliments riches en antioxydants aident \u00e0 neutraliser l\u2019effet des particules agressives.<\/span><\/p>\n<h2>La lit\u00e9rature scientifique<\/h2>\n<p><span style=\"font-size: 14pt;\">Une \u00e9quipe de chercheurs s&#8217;est int\u00e9ress\u00e9e particuli\u00e8rement \u00e0 deux aspects importants de la qualit\u00e9 du sperme : la motilit\u00e9 et la morphologie des spermatozo\u00efdes. Ils ont suivi et analys\u00e9 ces deux param\u00e8tres chez 189 jeunes hommes universitaires. Ces hommes ont rapport\u00e9 leur consommation moyenne des quantit\u00e9s pr\u00e9cises d&#8217;aliments, de boissons et de suppl\u00e9ments au cours de l&#8217;ann\u00e9e pr\u00e9c\u00e9dente. Les chercheurs ont mis l\u2019emphase sur <strong>les antioxydants<\/strong> et ont estim\u00e9 l\u2019apport en vitamine A, vitamine C, vitamine E, et carot\u00e9no\u00efdes.\u00a0\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-size: 14pt;\">Dans leur conclusion les antioxydants les plus impliqu\u00e9s \u00e0 l\u2019am\u00e9lioration des spermatozo\u00efdes sont le <strong>b\u00eata-carot\u00e8ne et le lycop\u00e8ne<\/strong>. Voici un r\u00e9sum\u00e9 de leurs r\u00e9sultats:<\/span><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 14pt;\">Un apport \u00e9lev\u00e9 en carot\u00e9no\u00efdes, en particulier le\u00a0<strong><em>b\u00eata-carot\u00e8ne\u00a0<\/em><\/strong>et la\u00a0<strong><em>lut\u00e9ine<\/em><\/strong> est associ\u00e9 \u00e0 une motilit\u00e9 plus rapide de 6.5 % des spermatozo\u00efdes. Ceci en comparant avec un apport avec ceux qui ont un apport plus faible en carot\u00e9no\u00efdes. Le b\u00eata-carot\u00e8ne se trouve dans les fruits et l\u00e9gumes orange ou vert. L\u2019\u00e9tude sugg\u00e8re que la consommation de l\u00e9gumes ne peut qu\u2019\u00eatre <strong>b\u00e9n\u00e9fique \u00e0 la fertilit\u00e9<\/strong> comme elle l\u2019est pour la sant\u00e9 en g\u00e9n\u00e9ral.<\/span><\/p>\n<h2>Pour r\u00e9sumer,<\/h2>\n<p><span style=\"font-size: 14pt;\">Augmenter l&#8217;apport en l\u00e9gumes est une des strat\u00e9gies alimentaires qui aide \u00e0 optimiser la qualit\u00e9 des spermatozo\u00efdes.\u00a0 Le plus de couleurs dans votre assiette provenant des fruits et de l\u00e9gumes, le plus d\u2019antioxydants dans votre corps!
